Dr. Kianor Shah

Dr. Kianor Shah is a practicing dentist, inventor and an entrepreneur from Palm Desert, California. As a traveling healthcare provider, Dr. Shah has practiced in more than 300 offices. As a businessman, Dr. Shah has built numerous cobrand, private label, and doctor-to-doctor partnerships in the healthcare industry.
Dr. Shah completed his undergraduate studies at Western Illinois University as a Summa Cum Laude, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 2000. Dr. Shah graduated in 2006 with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University. He completed an MBA program at Brandman University in international business in 2016. His participation as a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, fellow of the California Implant Institute, and fellow of the International Academy of Dental-Facial Esthetics has culminated in his Mastership and Diplomate status of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Shah has been in various roles as a founder, owner, chairperson, CEO, president, managing director, partner, associate, and consultant for a variety of domestic and international related business matters. Dr. Shah is also the founding regent of the Global Summits Institute. Dr. Shah currently serves as a key opinion leader for a host of companies and organizations.
In addition to his expertise practicing general dentistry, Dr. Shah practices in the fields of prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, pedodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Shah reads, writes, and speaks English, German, and the Farsi languages.

Dr. Behtash “Tosh” Adibi

Dr. Behtash “Tosh” Adibi earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA. Previously, he studied psychology and neuroscience at UCSD. He moved with his fiancé to the Valley for her to complete her residency as a medical doctor. His goal is to provide the highest care possible using the most up-to-date science and technology in a comfortable and family-oriented atmosphere.

Dr. Marjon B. Jahromi

Dr. Marjon B. Jahromi is a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology who has been practicing in southern California since 2003 and has performed thousands of anesthetics during her professional career.
She graduated from the top ranked dental school in the U.S., the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 2001, where she achieved academic excellence as a dental student and national recognition for her dental research. She was awarded the Academy of Osseointegration Annual Oral Presentation in 2000 for her research presentation about growth factors that improved dental implant success.
Dr. Jahromi was then selected into a prestigious dental anesthesia residency at Loma Linda University Special Care Dentistry and Riverside County Regional Medical Center graduating in June 2003. As a resident, she performed a variety of complex medical anesthesia cases.
As an Assistant Professor and Attending Anesthesiologist in the Dental Anesthesia Department at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry for 12 years, Dr. Jahromi treated a wide array of complex medical and surgical cases. She is experienced in providing anesthesia services in various settings including private offices, surgical centers and hospitals in the safest manner.
As a General Anesthesia evaluator for the Dental Board of California, she tests other dentist anesthesiologists and oral surgeons on their safety practices.
Since 2006, Dr. Jahromi has been the Anesthesia Director at Children’s Dental Surgery Center in Santa Ana, California. She is a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology (2004)
Dr. Ronald Wright

Dr. Wright, our experienced oral and maxillofacial surgeon, is licensed in the states of California and Nevada and has extensive educational and on-the-job experience. He is proud to have delivered numerous dental presentations and has countless recognition and awards.Dr. Wright is happily married with five children, whom he loves to spend time with. In his free time, he enjoys sports, spending time with his kids, and coaching little league baseball.

Dr. Aimee Montgomery

Dr. Montgomery received her Bachelors of Science from the University of California, Riverside in 2003. She then trained at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her DMD in 2007 and practiced General Dentistry until 2016 when she entered a three-year Dental Anesthesiology residency.
She received training at Loma Linda VA Hospital, Loma Linda Medical Center and Riverside University Health System where she was required to complete rotations in hospital operating rooms, NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia), Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and PACE (Pre-Operative Consultation and Education). She also received substantial exposure to the pediatric and special needs populations at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Special Care Dentistry.
She currently holds the position of Assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Loma Linda School of Dentistry and also has a mobile dental anesthesia private practice.

Born in the Fiji Islands, Dr. Anju Shah moved to California, USA, in 1998 to pursue advanced education and professional growth. She completed her postgraduate studies with a Diploma in Endodontics from the University of Southern California, a renowned institution in dental education.
Since 2005, Dr. Shah has been practicing exclusively in the field of endodontics. Her practice is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of dental pulp and root canal issues, where she is known for her precision, expertise, and commitment to patient comfort.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Shah enjoys reading—particularly about innovative technologies and current world affairs—and treasures spending quality time with her young family. Her approach to both dentistry and life is rooted in continual learning, compassion, and balance.
Dr. Minerva Lepe
Orthodontics
Minerva is a Mexican Doctor who completed her masters in Orthodontics approved for California Dental Board.
Before starting her career in Orthodontics she worked as a doctor in Mexico.
She continues to resume her studies in this country. She recently took an Orthodontics class at Harvard University and is our lead surgical assistant.
Edith Cruz

Edith completed her dental hygiene degree from San Joaquin Valley College.
Before starting her career in dental hygiene, she worked as a registered dental assistant for 8 years.
She takes pride in providing her patients thorough dental cleanings with a gentle touch as well as sharing useful oral home care tips.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys finding the best views in California, spending time with her pomeranian dog, and reading books.
